e-Learning with Image Access
Wuppertal, Germany - September 8, 2020Due to a number of factors including cost, travel and time restrictions, service training onsite at Image Access headquarters in Europe or in the U.S. is less frequently requested by customers. But the need for technical training on our products remains. |
Image Access invested a great deal of effort in e-Learning and can now offer service videos online and in multiple languages for the technicians of our distribution partners worldwide Through the e-Learning portal, it is also possible for candidates to take a test and qualify as an authorized service technician for several scanner families. If a candidate successfully passes the test, they are awarded a Certificate of Completion, valid for one year and one product family. The candidate must be registered at the Image Access Customer Service Portal to access the videos. Image Access has also developed another new video channel, Explanation Videos, designed to explain more complex technical topics through brief, informative videos. The first in our series of Explanation Videos is IT-Security of Scan2Net Scanners. This video introduces you to the security features of all Scan2Net scanners, whether they are WideTEK or Bookeye scanners, and describes how they adhere to the highest security standards in the industry. |
